Install Cydia Package Without Dependencies

Feb 12, 2013 - Cydia should install dependencies automatically when you install a package. That it is not and you are unable to find them by searching.

So Cydia displays my sources, but doesn't actually display any packages (except for creatix iOS 11 repo) so I am unable to install any package via cydia (except for that one repo). So you can see that apt is able to install, I'm wondering, why my cydia then isn't actually updating and refreshing its package file (it fetches the release and package files from the individual repo), but doesn't actually refresh the package file (if this makes sense, this is found in /var/mobile/Library/Caches/com.saurik.Cydia. /var/caches/apt/creates 3 files identical to that found in com.saurik.Cydia but file size isn't the same.
