It records audio and has some tools to modify that audio, much like any other program like Audacity or Adobe Audition. That said, there are some very interesting tools within the program. One of them, Vocal Remover, is particularly interesting, although I can't see myself ever using it. One very nice thing about this program is that it includes a huge suite of pre-recorded sound effects, which could be very useful. For the price though, again, this is nothing unique or exceptional.
